Not sure what prompted this conversation in the car earlier this evening…
Kidlet: Mom, how long do dogs live?
Me: Depends.
Kidlet: Why?
Me: Because 1 year to us is 7 years to a dog.
Kidlet: So that means if I was a dog I would be almost 56?
Me: Yep.
Kidlet: Man, if you were a dog, you’d probably be dead.
