I laugh harder each time I see it.

The carnival is in town this week and it opened last night. Of course we had to go 
The kidlet and I had lots of fun. We rode the Tilt-A-Whirl the first time and I am not sure who had more fun, him or me! I was laughing so hard I almost peed my pants. We got that thing whipping around so fast it wasn’t funny. I paid for it later though, trust me. I’ll explain that later.
We also got on this ride called the Hustler. It looked like four big crowns that you sat inside of and they whipped around and looked like they might run into each other while they were spinning. As we sat there waiting, the ride operater brought the one crown around to let people in it and realized someone puked in it. Ick. So, they had to let us off the ride so they could clean it. They gave us free ride passes and we headed back to the Tilt-A-Whirl.

We ended the night with some waffles and ice cream and started to walk home. Suddenly, I felt a migraine coming on. I get ocular migraines and I know they are coming when I get a funky aura and I am unable to see correctly. I had the aura and I started getting the squiggly weirdness that follows. I sometimes get so bad, I can’t see at all. This was one of those times and I still had to walk home, ugh. The kidlet helped me, he took my hand and made sure I didn’t walk into anything We got home safely and I took my meds and got in my bed, put my head under my pillows and prayed the pain wouldn’t be too bad. It was though. It felt like someone was driving nails into my temples. There wasn’t anything I could do to get the pain to stop except wait for my medicine to kick in. I was lucky though, I didn’t puke like I usually do. Thank God.
I feel drained today. I think I need to stay away from the Tilt-A-Whirl.
