Heaven help me. My house isn’t large, this oughta be interesting.
Tonight is back to school night for the kidlet. I can’t wait to go and sit in the little chair at the little desk and hear what his teacher has to say. He came home last night with some tests he took on Friday and I was so proud of his grades. He’s doing well so far.
He also came home with a paper for music lessons. Strings to be exact. He is interested in playing the violin…my dad told him he would take care of paying for it, but only if he promised to stick with it and practice hard. The kidlet agreed…looks like my boy is gonna be playing the violin. Hey, at least it’s not the drums! I am glad he’s taking an interest in it. In fact, I am very excited he is taking an interest in the violin, I happen to love the violin and might get to learn a few things from him, yay!
I just glanced out my office window and it’s absolutely gorgeous outside. It’s cool, the sky is clear and blue and the sun is shining. A huge change from the torrential downpours yesterday, thank goodness!

Ryan tried out the drums when he was in 5th grade, but he didn’t really stick to it or practice. All he wanted to do was bang on stuff with the drum sticks…..Yeah, that got old QUICK!!!!!!!!!
BTW…it is gorgeous out and I get to sit in a hot freaking bus and drive ungreatful beasts around. Grrrrrrr
