where’s mah easy button?!?!?

OMG, panic time!

It’s 4 days before Christmas and I haven’t shopped yet!

Procrastinate much?  HA HA HA!

Last night I tried to shop at Target and nearly had a panic attack when I saw the length of the 5 lines they had open…FIVE LINES!!!!  Hello!  It’s freaking Christmas people, do you think you might want to open a couple more lines so people like me who already ABHOR shopping might not freak out and sit down right in the middle of the store and cry like a baby?!?!?!?  I digress.

I was with Yuyi and she drug me to the jewelry counter and told the girl there that I was about to have a nervous breakdown if I didn’t get out of the store immediately.  She asked her if, since we each had two things, could she ring us up before I started foaming at the mouth.  The girl laughed and agreed to ring us up.  I think she thought I was completely mental HA HA HA!  I thanked her profusely for accomodating us and told her that my nervous breakdown would wait another hour now thanks to her :)  She was awesome.  So, shout out to Lissette in jewelry at Target…HOLLA!

Prior to the shopping excursion, the kidlet had a game.  B and the kids came to watch and then we went to get something to eat.  Good Lord did we have fun.  I am pretty sure neither B or his kids have ever experienced dinner like that before.  Yuyi and Zaya came along and Zaya is a hoot.  Ironically after we all sat down, the dining room cleared out…none of us had a complex whatsoever.  It was Bab who said it as I was thinking it.  We are on the same wavelength like that.  Bab is B’s daughter, and I totally dig her.  She and I hit it off immediately.

I wrote all that up there earlier this AM when I got to work.  Since then, I have shopped online several times for the bossman to help him finish up his last minute shopping LOL!  He gave me a list and his credit card info and said go for it.  I did.  I am pretty sure his kids will be delighted with what I got them LOL!

Ahhhhhhhhh, now I need to finish up so that I can bounce out of here a little early today.  Tonight is a client Christmas function and I have to go home and prettify myself for it.
